What methods of payment can I subscribe with?

Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express, JCB, Discover, Paypal are the payment options available.

Is my payment information secured?

Yes. Plimus uses the HTTPS protocol (Verisign secured) and meets the credit card security protocols.

When will I be billed for my subscription?

You will be billed either monthly or annually on your date of purchase.

Why did I get a purchase/receipt email from Plimus?

Plimus is our payment provider. You will receive an email from them confirming your purchase and providing support information for your billing information.

How can I change my credit card information?

You can login to your Yummy/Plimus Customer Account and change/update credit card information by clicking on the my credit cards button: login at: https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/account_login.jsp

How can I cancel my Yummy Games subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is carried out online in a few mouse clicks by logging into our payment provider Plimus’ support page. https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/account_login.jsp

You will need the following

  1. your Plimus ID, which was provided to you in your purchase receipt from Plimus.
  2. your Order Reference Number in order to process your cancellation

When on the account page, under “Billing Issues” you will need to select “Cancel Subscription”.

Cancellation of a monthly subscription

If a user wants to cancel his/her monthly subscription to a YummyGames.com game package offer, the cancellation must be carried out a minimum of 48 hrs before the user’s subscription payment date in order to be effectively cancelled for that current month. This is to ensure that the cancellation takes effect prior to the bank charging payment for a given month. If the User cancels his/her subscription less than 48 hrs before their monthly payment date, the cancellation may not take effect until the following month, at the end of which the cancellation will take effect.

Cancellation of a yearly subscription

If a user wants to cancel his/her annual subscription to a YummyGames.com game package offer, the cancellation must be carried out a minimum of 48 hrs before the user’s subscription payment date in order to be effectively cancelled for that current month. This is to ensure that the cancellation takes effect prior to the bank charging payment for a given year. If the User cancels his/her subscription less than 48 hrs before their anniversary payment date, the cancellation may not take effect immediately. If a user cancels an annual subscription before the end of their annual term, the user’s refund will be prorated. The refund amount will be based on the amount of time already consumed (prorated on the monthly rate of $7.95). Meaning – if a user cancels at the 6 month mark the user will have in effect had 6 months at $7.95 for a total of $47.70. Therefore the refund amount will be $12.30 ($60.00 - $47.70 = $12.30).

I appear to have been double billed
